Since sweets are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products.

Exchanges or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a genuine quality issue or damage during transit. To be eligible, you must report the issue to us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping

We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or if an incorrect address is provided.
